Exchange and return

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to contact us and request a return; and a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days to request its exchange.

About the exchange process: We do not generate credit to be used on the website. The exchange is made for a product of equal or greater value. If the customer has used a discount coupon when placing the order, the final value that the customer will have to use in the exchange is the amount that was paid for the product with the discount applied, and cannot use the same discount again at the time of exchange. .

The buyer’s name, CPF, order number, product for which you wish to exchange and/or return must be informed. We will return with postage authorization and instructions for returning the merchandise.

Only goods that follow the instructions correctly as stated in the quality certificate that accompanies each piece will be accepted.
